Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (together, the “Company”), will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:

The Company may conduct the Sweepstakes concurrently and simultaneously on several participating radio stations owned and not owned by the Company, and in various States, and the Company may add or remove participating stations or change call letters of any participating station at any time during the Sweepstakes as announced on the affected station. Participating stations are listed above.

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Promotion open only to legal residents of MA, RI, NH, CT, ME who are 18 years of age or older as of 6/13/2011. Void where prohibited by law. Promotion ends 6/26/2011.

TO ENTER: Beginning 12:00 AM EST on 6/13/2011 through 11:59 PM EST on 6/26/2011, log on to JAMN945.COM and follow the on-screen instructions to enter. You will be prompted to share your story about the most impressive concert you have ever attended in 100 words or less and complete the online Entry Form. Stories will not be judged. Stories cannot contain profanities/vulgarities and must be suitable for all ages. Stories may not be derogatory to any group or individual, and may not depict the Sponsor or the Promotional Participants image unfavorably. Each day, Monday through Friday, submitted entries will be entered into the daily Prize Pack random drawing and selected entries will receive a Prize Pack and be entered into the Grand Prize Random Drawing (subject to verification). Entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST each day to be eligible for that day’s Prize Pack drawing. Entries received on Saturday or Sunday will be eligible for the following Monday drawing. Non-winning entries will be carried over into subsequent daily drawings. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM EST on 6/26/2011. Limit one (1) entry per person, per day. Odds of winning a Prize Pack will depend upon the number of eligible entries received by each drawing deadline. Limit one (1) Prize Pack/Grand Prize Drawing Entry per person/household. Submitted stories may be posted online or read on air at Sponsor’s option. By entering, you grant WJMN-FM the right to publish, use, adapt, edit and/or modify your story in any way, in any and all media, without limitation, without further approval from or compensation to you and you represent and warrant that the story you submitted is original and created by you.

GRAND PRIZE RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) Potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or about 6/28/11 from among all eligible Prize Pack winners. Decisions of the judges are final. The Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone or mail. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible Prize Pack winners selected .

3. PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): (1) Grand Prize – a Live Nation® 2011 Concert Experience. Grand Prize consists of round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home to select concert location, two (2) nights hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy), two (2) concert tickets to a select concert at a Live Nation venue (based on availability for this program and determined by Live Nation, taking into account winner’s preferences) and $1,000 spending money for winner. All unspecified travel-related expenses, including but not limited to meals, gratuities, luggage fees and incidental hotel and personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner. ARV: $4,000. Actual retail value of trip may vary and will depend on airfare fluctuations and winner's point of departure/return. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded. Winner and guest must take trip by 12/31/11 or forfeit prize in its entirety. Sponsor is not responsible for any cancellation of artist scheduled concert. If concert is cancelled, winner will receive remainder of the prize only and no compensation will be paid in lieu of the concert ticket portion of prize. Seat location at concert is at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Tickets are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash and are subject to all terms and conditions of use as established by issuer. If winner lives within 250 miles of concert destination, he/she will receive a $250 travel stipend in lieu of airfare. Selection of airport, airline, flight itinerary and hotel are solely within The Coca-Cola Company’s discretion. Once concert tickets are issued, they cannot be exchanged for other tickets or merchandise. Other terms and conditions may apply to tickets and venues. Tickets to a particular show are not guaranteed. Use of this Grand Prize for unauthorized advertising, marketing or other promotional purposes is strictly prohibited. (30) Prize Packs - each Prize Pack consists of the following Coke Zero branded items: sports bag, T-shirt (Size XL), baseball cap and $40 Live Nation Concert Cash. ARV: $125 each. Concert Cash is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash and is subject to all terms and conditions of use as established by issuer. Concert Cash is valid for purchases on Live Nation website only and expires 10/31/11. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Prizes provided by The Coca-Cola Company and Coca-Cola Bottlers.

Winner(s) may be asked to present state authorized identification prior to being awarded the prize. Certain prizes are date specific (i.e. concerts, trips) and the winner or winners must be available on the dates specified. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified for any reason, the Company reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner’s prize, in its sole discretion. Only one (1) prize per household for the Sweepstakes for any thirty (30) day period.

GENERAL RULES: Employees of WJMN-FM and their “Promotional Participants” (i.e., The Coca-Cola Company, Coca-Cola Refreshments, Coca-Cola Bottlers, Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. and each of their respective related companies, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers involved in this promotion) and their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step-brother, step-sister, half-brother, and half-sister and/or spouses of each) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prize by winner permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Grand Prize winner will be issued a Form 1099 for tax purposes for the value of the prize and are advised to seek independent counsel regarding the tax implications of his/her respective prize winnings. All materials submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. INTERNET CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Sponsor and the Promotional Participants are not responsible for late, lost, delayed, incomplete, unintelligible email transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the promotion. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than one (1) entry per day by using multiple/different email addresses or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion if fraud, misconduct, or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the program as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In the event of termination of the promotion, a notice will be posted online and the Grand Prize drawing will be conducted from among all eligible Prize Pack winners selected prior to termination and any remaining Prize Packs will not be awarded. If a dispute arises regarding the specific individual entitled to receive prize, entry made by Internet will be declared made by the “authorized e-mail account holder” and any damage made to the Website will also be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized e-mail account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Entrants may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the participant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account/submission. Proof of submitting entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods and be deemed tampering. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. Potential Grand Prize winner and his/her guest must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability Form within ten (10) days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected, time permitting. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate may be selected, time permitting. If guest of Grand Prize winner is deemed a minor (in his/her state of residence), winner must be minor’s parent/legal guardian who must sign required documents on minor’s behalf. Grand Prize winner and guest must possess required travel documents (e.g. valid photo ID) and must travel together on the same itinerary. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor, the Promotional Participants and their agencies to use winners’ names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winners agree to release and hold Sponsor, the Promotional Participants and their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns of each, harmless against any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses and liability of any kind arising out of the acceptance/use of prize. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize including any travel related thereto. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor and the Promotional Participants are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the promotion.

TELEPHONE AND DELIVERY DISCLAIMER: If a sweepstakes is a call in to win sweepstakes and/or a telephone is needed to participate in the sweepstakes, participants are restricted to the use of ordinary telephone equipment. Participants that enable the “Caller ID” block function will not be allowed to participate unless they enter their correct area code and telephone number if prompted, or disable the features inhibiting their participation in the sweepstakes. Participants using equipment not set up for toll free phone exchanges (800, 888, 877, 866, etc.) may experience call connection problems. The Company disclaims all liability for the inability of a participant to complete or continue a telephone call due to equipment malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond the Company’s control, or otherwise. For all promotions the Company disclaims all liability for any delays, misdelivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. The Company is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the sweepstakes, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the sweepstakes.

PUBLICITY: Use of Personal Information. By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests/sweepstakes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Sweepstakes, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Company may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Sweepstakes to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes.

7. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW: The conduct of the Sweepstakes is governed by the applicable laws of the United States of America, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein. Station(s) shall follow the applicable laws for conducting promotions, including notice to the state attorney general or consumer affairs office, posting of a prize bond, furnishing lists of winners, running specific on-air disclaimers, providing specific written information about the Sweepstakes, etc. as required by local and state law.

CONDUCT AND DECISIONS: By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Sweepstakes, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Sweepstakes and the Company’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Sweepstakes is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Sweepstakes, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by the Company and are final. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately circumvent, disrupt, damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Company reserve the right to seek civil and/or criminal prosecution and/or damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
