When is Summer Jam 2011 and what time does it start?
The show Saturday, June 4, 2011. Doors open at 4pm. **PLEASE NOTE: The show's start time has changed since ticket printing. Summer Jam will now start at 5:30pm!** Summer Jam takes place rain or shine!
What time will my favorite artist get on stage?
The details of the Summer Jam line up are not announced. The line-up schedule changes right up until show time.
Can I bring backpacks or other bags to the Comcast Center?
Small bags and backpacks are allowed in the gates unless otherwise specified.
What ages can attend the Summer Jam?
Summer Jam is an all ages show.
Will there be food at the Comcast Center?
Yes, there will be a wide range of food and beverages that can be purchased on the concourse of venue all day long at the Comcast Center.
How do I get to the Comcast Center?
The Comcast Center is located at 885 South Main St, Mansfield, MA 02048.
For driving directions to the venue click here. Carpooling is great idea, get with friends and family to see whose going to the show and drive in together.
There is a commuter rail between Boston and Mansfield. Please visit www.mbta.com for schedule information. There is no public transportation between the Comcast Center and the Mansfield Rail Station. Taxis are available and the distance is approximately 2½ miles.
Where do I park?
The Comcast Center facility contains 17 parking lots providing ample parking for all ticket holders with no additional charge. There is also a premier parking location for a fee and offers easy access to the venue. Premier parking can be purchased up until the day of the show at the Comcast Center Boston Box Office. Can I bring my camera to take pictures?
No, you can't bring cameras to the concert, but check back here for all the up close & personal pictures of all the stars when you get back from the show... we'll have 'em all for you.
Can I be dropped off at Comcast Center?
Drivers will be allowed to drop-off their passengers in the circle area in front of the flag poles. Drivers upon returning for pick-ups should follow the directions of the parking staff and park where they are directed to park - walk to the flag poles and meet their passengers - return to their vehicles and exit the facility according to parking staff directions.
What can and can't I bring into the venue?
Guests are welcome to bring: Backrests that sit flat on the ground without legs, small bags or backpacks (detailed inspection), seat cushions, blankets, sun block and cell phones. *Items listed are subject to change or vary at time of the show*
For your safety the following items are NOT allowed into the venue: chairs, umbrellas, cameras, video or audio recording devices, laser pointers, sharp or dangerous items, cans, coolers and animals (unless officially designated animals that assist guests with special needs). *Items listed are subject to change or vary at time of the show*
Can I bring alcohol inside the Comcast Center?
No, you are not allowed to bring any food or drink into to the Comcast Center.
Is there re-entry into the show?
For safety purposes the venue does not allow re-entry. Please plan accordingly. Exit and re-entry are only allowed for emergency purposes and must be approved by a ticket taker manager BEFORE exiting the facility.
