Think your family had issues on Thanksgiving…couldn’t have been as bad as Halle Berry’s.  Her ex, and father of daughter Nahla, got into a fistfight with Halle’s fiancé Oliver Martinez on Thanksgiving…at Halle’s house.  The fight broke up just before 1oam, and by the looks of things, Oliver whooped Gabriel’s butt.  He was taken to the hospital with fractured ribs and bruises on his face.  Martinez injured his hand and neck.  No word on what started the fight, but Aubry was held on a charge of misdemeanor battery with bail set at $20,000.  There are conflicting reports as to whether Halle and Nahla actually witness the fight.  A judge issued a restraining order to keep Aubry away from Halle, Nahla and Oliver until December 3^rd, and reports say that Halle will be asking a judge this week to extend it for an indefinite period of time.

More coming out about Halle Berry’s Thanksgiving Day drama between her ex Gabriel Aubry and her fiancé Oliver Martinez.  Yesterday, Aubry got a restraining order against Martinez, claiming that he was threatened by him at daughter Nahla’s school play the day before Thanksgiving.  Aubry claims that when Halle and Oliver arrived at the school, Oliver allegedly told him in French that he wishes he could beat the ish out of him right now and that he’s lucky they’re in a school right now. On Thanksgiving, Aubry dropped Nahla off at Halle’s home and claims he was attacked by Martinez who allegedly slammed his head onto the driveway.  Aubry says that Martinez was upset because a judge recently denied Halle’s request to move to France with Nahla, and allegedly vowed that they would move anyway and he would kill Aubry if he doesn’t move there too.  Oliver also reportedly warned Gabriel to tell police that he was the aggressor, or he would kill him.
