One of my passions in life is youth literacy. I believe that when children learn to read and love books at an early age, they have a huge advantage in life. Because of this, I would like to do my part by helping kids see how fun reading can be and to encourage them to read every day.

Lindsay Lohan’s father tried to stage an intervention over the weekend, but it didn’t
work. I guess he had the support of her manager and lawyers who all signed off on it, but when they showed up at Lindsay’s house, a man who described himself as Lindsay’s boyfriend wouldn’t let them in. Lindsay’s mother says this is just her ex trying to get in the news again, and Lindsay is looking to get an order of protection against her father.
