Pink is on the cover of Shape magazine showing off her 55 pound weight loss after the birth of her daughter Willow in June 2011 via c-section.
During her pregnancy, she told Shape, "I ate a lot of cheesecake during those nine
months. Also anything sour, Sour Skittles, Sour Patch Kids, Key Lime Pie."
Since then, she's lost 55 pounds and worked hard at it doing yoga, eating a mostly vegan diet. She also did an hour of cardio every day and then an hour of strength-training or yoga.
Not taking anything from her because she worked really hard at it, but I hope all women don't beat themselves up for not being able to do this because from what I hear, the average mother of a newborn doesn't have two hours to work out every day. Just saying...
