More coming out about that Hulk Hogan sex tape. The footage was reportedly recorded by Hulk’s friend Bubba the Love Sponge, BUT it may not be Bubba who leaked it. Someone close to the situation says that it was NOT Bubba who released the tape and that even though he knew how much it would be worth it was actually one of Bubba’s disgruntled employees. How did THEY get it. Well, Bubba didn’t secure the tape and showed it to a bunch of people. Don’t think that’s going to get him out of trouble though because Hulk’s lawyer says that they are looking to prosecute both the person who leaked the footage and the person who recorded it without his permission.
