A lot coming out about the Hulk Hogan sex tape and he’s finally speaking out himself.  He has admitted that the woman on the sex tape is the estranged wife of his best friend, Bubba the Love Sponge, AND he gave Hulk his blessing to have sex with her.  Hulk still says he did not know about being recorded and that it happened around the time that he and his ex Linda, were breaking up.  The real crazy part about his friend Bubba is that at the end of the tape after Hulk and the wife are done, he comes back on and tells Heather, "If we ever did want to
retire, all we'd have to do is use this footage of him."  Then Heather replies, "You'd never do that" . . . and Bubba says, "I wouldn't do that, you'd be the biggest rat, you'd be dead."  At this point, Hulk says he’s working with officials to find out who released the tape, and is determined to press charges.
