Position Title: Operational Finance Manager
Job Description
The Operational Finance Manager is responsible for assisting the Vice President of Finance with all finance and accounting activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and management reporting.
- Determine profitability by creating strategic financial reports for the business.
- Provide analytical support to management in their assessment of business operations.
- Accountable for and oversight of general ledger activities and month end close.
- Oversight and monitoring of payroll, AP/AR, credit and collections.
- Manage and oversee business functions and contracts.
- Preparation and/or reconciliation of various management reports.
- Review Sales orders.
- Assist with various other projects assigned by Senior Management.
Desired Skills & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required, MS/MBA preferred.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance policies and procedures, including GAAP.
- Ability to confidentially communicate with Senior Management.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and work under deadline pressure.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule when required.
Experience
- 5-8 years of hands on experience.
- Previous experience driving month and quarter end close process.
- Experience with revenue recognition and complex analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Experience driving process improvement implementations.

POSITION TITLE: Account Executive

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify opportunities to put the advertising and promotional power of the three radio stations to work for local businesses.
- Develop results based marketing strategies and promotional opportunities for clients.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Four year college degree preferred
- Must love to sell, be results oriented and maintain high standards set by the stations WXKS AM/FM, WHBA, WJMN & WKOX and their respective sales department in all interactions with client.
- Must be responsible, conscientious, accurate and thorough.
- Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills as well as excellent organization skills.
- Must maintain a positive attitude when communicating with members of the department, its customers and outside vendors
- Ability to deal effectively with tight deadlines and the diverse needs of clients.
- 1+ years of Radio Sales or Outside Sales experience preferred.

- Compensation based on your ability and experience

POSITION TITLE: PT Traffic Anchor/Editor, Total Traffic Network
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Total Traffic Network Leadership Team is looking for a Part Time Traffic Anchor / Editor to work with our Boston traffic team.
Position requires positive attitude, good work ethic, and willingness to learn and use technology to produce and record traffic reports and data. Applicant may be required to work a split schedule at times.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year ‘On Air’ Radio experience required.
- Knowledge in use of Audio Production Software required
- Knowledge of Boston area roads, mass transit and traffic patterns.
- Ability to work in a loud high pressure environment.
- Possess and demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask.
- Must be detail oriented. "Following-up until resolved" skills are a must.
- Must be computer literate.
- Skills in Social Networking a must (Twitter, Facebook, etc)
- Knowledge and understanding of the use of police scanners preferred.
- Must be willing and available to work weekends, overnights and holidays.
